1. Free Assessment
The initial 6-minute reading assessment and benchmark report are provided completely free of charge. No refund is applicable as there is no charge for this service.
2. Paid Subscription Services
2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with our paid services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To qualify:
- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of payment

- Brief feedback on your experience is appreciated (but not mandatory)
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
2.2 After 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

- Service Not Delivered: If we failed to provide the promised service
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly
Refunds after 7 days will be evaluated based on usage and circumstances. Partial refunds may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation

3.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after the 7-day guarantee period
- You didn't use the service (lack of usage does not qualify for refund)
- You didn't see expected results (reading improvement varies by child and requires consistent practice)
- You purchased the wrong subscription by mistake (please verify before purchase)
- Violation of Terms and Conditions resulting in service termination
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 3-5 business days for UPI and wallet payments
- 7-10 business days for credit/debit card payments
- Actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider
5.2 Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
6. Promotional Discounts and Offers
- If you received a promotional discount, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid
- Promotional codes and vouchers cannot be refunded or transferred

Please note that payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable as these are charged by third-party payment processors.
